Location: Fox’s Biscuits, Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Days: Wed, Thurs and Fri
Hours: 19.50 per week

We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time “Front of House” Site Services Coordinator based at our Batley bakery. This is a job share position working Wednesday afternoons, Thursday’s and Friday’s.
This is a key role involving interaction with staff at all levels and all external visitors to site. They will coordinate general services for the site ensuring the smooth running of the site on a day to day basis, along with ensuring all visitors adhere to the site health, safety and hygiene procedures
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position with excellent customer services and communications skills. They will have good administration and IT skills, be professional and approachable, have good organisational skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of the Site services team.
This is where you come in…
The Site Services Coordinator will provide full reception cover. They will ensure all visitors sign in and out, wear a visitor’s badge, are aware of all health, safety and hygiene procedures and display a car parking permit as appropriate.
They will also be responsible for the administration of internal telephone system, organise meeting room bookings for the Batley Site, ensuring all rooms are equipped and fit for purpose, including the coordinating the LCD projector bookings and maintenance.
The Site Services Coordinator will also Print labels and ensure inter-company mail is collated and franked for cost effectiveness. Coordinate secure collection of Royal Mail including inter-company mail, Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery items. Replenish funds on franking machine, order consumables and raise Purchase Order as required and coordinate all parcels in and out of site adhering to company procedures.
They will respond to all charity donations and requests, Coordinate external lunch orders, car hire and hotel bookings and raise Purchase Orders. Along with assisting the PA to MD to arrange the logistics of site visits, e.g. car parking, lunches etc. and raise Purchase Orders for the Executive Team.

About you
Experienced in a similar position
Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to make things happen.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to people at all levels of the business and externally.
A professional and friendly manner.
The ability to work unsupervised and proactively manage own workload
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
